Following babies in Nursery in Delhi/NCR would be eligible for receiving pasteurized Donor Human Milk:

  1. <32 weeks gestation.
  2. <1500 gms weight.
  3. Severe IUGR (<3rdcentile on Fenton’s Growth Chart).
  4. IUGR with absent/reverse diastolic umbilical artery flow on antenatal Doppler scan.
  5. Necrotising Enterocolitis.
  6. Immediately following bowel surgery during initiation of enteral feeds.
  7. Feed intolerance.
  8. Formula/Soy intolerance.
  9. Sick neonates in initial stages of initiation of enteral feeds.
